About the Role: Live Operations Associate (Barcelona)
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-loving individual to join our operations team in Barcelona. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love solving problems, and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup, this is your chance! 

Your Responsibilities
- Build trust-based, respectful relationships with guests
- Support the reception and housekeeping teams with daily operations
- Handle issues tactfully to ensure guest satisfaction and cost efficiency
- Manage reservations and guest communications (Front & Back Office) 

Requirements
- Based in Barcelona
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 1-3 years experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism
- Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication and empathy
- Eager to learn and grow
