Come join our NDT Division as an Intern this summer of 2025 and embark on an exciting journey to dive deep into the world of saving concrete structures! This is more than just an internship; it’s a summer filled with hands-on experiences that will shape your future. Starting in early June and concluding at the end of August, this is your chance to step out of the classroom and into the field, working alongside some of the best engineers and technicians in the industry.
As a key member of our team, you'll roll up your sleeves and get involved in a variety of ongoing projects. You'll contribute to on-site evaluations, conduct condition assessments, and collect vital data that impacts our work. Imagine applying advanced techniques for concrete repair and rehabilitation while getting real-world experience that enhances your knowledge and skills in civil engineering!
This is a paid internship designed for engineering students who have successfully completed at least one year of undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geophysics, or similar disciplines. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who not only have a strong academic record but also a genuine passion for civil infrastructure. To thrive here, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must!

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct condition assessments and investigations
- Utilize non-destructive testing methods
- Install and troubleshoot instrumentation, prepare detailed reports, and support our Engineering and Project Management teams
- Team up with our skilled technicians in the field for testing and data collection activities
- Implement and learn advanced non-destructive testing techniques, from ground penetrating radar to corrosion potential methods
- Accurately gather field measurements and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Create professional reports that reflect our high-quality standards and exceed our client’s expectations
Requirements
- This role involves significant travel - Be ready to embark on adventures across the US—traveling 60%-80% of the time.
- Must have completed one year of undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geophysics, or a related field.
- We take safety seriously! Candidates selected for employment will be required to pass a drug screening as we maintain a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
