• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring the team, materials, and workflow are managed efficiently and safely.
• Ensure the warehouse is properly staffed and organized to meet operational demands.
• Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse leads and associates to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor productivity to identify gaps and implement process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, vendors, and customers; conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment.
• Maintain knowledge of electrical materials to support accurate fulfillment and inventory control.
• Promote and enforce company safety standards, reporting issues to the Safety Manager or CEO as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory, records, and reports; oversee purchasing and administrative duties related to warehouse operations.
• Administrative duties including, but not limited to: working alongside purchasing to order supplies, ensuring adequate inventory, planning budgets, prioritizing purchases, preparing cost estimates, documenting purchases, and keeping records of inventory-related items.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the above-listed duties, tasks, and functions.

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in Warehousing oversight.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated experience with increasing responsibilities involving problem-solving, strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with vendors, service dealers, customers and all levels of company personnel.
• Associate’s degree in a technical or engineering-related field or bachelor's or graduate's degree in business, computer science, engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent field experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, tools, equipment, codes, and safety procedures are strongly preferred.
