FT Night Shift - 7p -7:30a Weekend & Holidays - per department guidelines.

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus! Plus 20% Shift Differential for the entire shift.

Christiana Care - Wilmington Hospital is looking to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 4W Medical Surgical Unit. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare team members, evaluating patient conditions, and ensuring patient safety and well-being.

The Unit

4West Surgical is a 50-bed medical-surgical inpatient unit located on the fourth floor of the Wilmington Hospital, which provides scheduled and emergent care/procedures on a 24-hour basis. The area is designed to accommodate up to 50 patients who need medical and post-operative surgical care. The Registered Nurses in this 4W Surgical Unit care for various surgical patients, including trauma, orthopedic, plastics, and more.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
• BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire date.
• At least one year of experience as an RN.
• RN with experience in inpatient acute care is preferred.
• BLS required.
