Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
• Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments
• Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records 
• Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat
• Obtain deposits and payments from clients
• Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs
• Educate clients on veterinary services and care

What You Need to Succeed:

• Have at least 3 years of veterinary reception experience
• Have full-time or part-time availability
• Ability to work effectively, independently or on a team, while consistently demonstrating compassion and empathy for pets and their owners
• Great communication, time management, and attention to detail
• High School Diploma
