Coors Field is home to the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado.  Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do.  Within the ballpark we have our top tier guests and clients that expect nothing but the best –luckily the best is what we deliver.  The Premium Suite Attendant is privately responsible for taking guest orders and serving food and beverage according to guest requests. Suite Attendants provide an inclusive premium guest service experience by addressing and/or resolving any concerns or special requests made by the guests in the suite(s). 

Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership.  Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made. 

Possibility for overtime for select shifts.  Ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate of pay for this position is $16.27- $16.27. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Position Type

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select.  There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the standards of operation as required by management 
  • Set Food and Beverages in Suites according to premium service standards, setting appropriate utensils, sauces etc. 
  • Maintains appearance and cleanliness of suite and food service areas during event 
  • Knowledge of menu items and all other offerings required 
  • Breaks down and cleans food service areas and equipment post event  
  • Utilize equipment correctly and return it to proper storage area 
  • Communicate to guests regarding food and beverage orders and reorders 
  • Work with the Pantry Attendants to properly order products 
  • Verify that all sales are correctly reflected in customer invoices 
  • Must collect payment on all orders not previously collected (advance and event day) 
  • Keeping areas clean and neat 
  • Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring guest satisfaction 
  • Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc. 
  • Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable 
  • Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets 
  • Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required 
  • Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older (Required) 
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 30lbs. 
  • TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed) 
  • ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed) 
  • Previous fine dining experience (Preferred) 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (Preferred) 
  • Basic reading, writing and math skills 

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.  This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
