Who we are looking for:

We are seeking veterinary students to join our growing teams and share our passion for practicing high-quality veterinary medicine! Specifically, students who: 

• Are you interested in a deep dive into some challenging emergency medicine cases 
• Enjoy a busy, fast-paced environment 
• Have strong communication skills 
• Have a passion for exceptional animal care 
• Are effective collaborators and communicators 
• Are currently enrolled in an AVMA-accredited program 

About the Externship:

Veterinary students will engage in a wide array of hands-on training and mentorship.

Emergency Veterinary clinic is 24-hour facility, offering small animal emergency medicine to companion and exotic patients. 

We want students to experience ALL veterinary medicine has to offer and be able to get your hands on all of it!

• Flexible availability: students choose the length of externships based on the school’s requirements, summer or winter break,  and hospital availability
