Role supports Treasury Management Business Process Management with analysis associated with the understanding of current state environment, documentation of business requirements, current performance metrics, and gap analysis. Work as a liaison between stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
Responsibilities:
· Researches and documents the desired results of business improvement projects. This would include conducting interviews, surveys and/or focus groups with key stakeholders. This might include collection and analysis of financial and/or volume-related data for the purposes of quantifying impacts and benefits.
· Perform current state assessment, document current and future state process flows.
· Gather/Document Voice of Customer information.
· Conduct Gap and Impact analyses.
· Facilitate Business Requirements gathering sessions
· Creates detailed business requirement documents (BRD) to achieve desired results for routine projects. These would include all facets of regulatory, compliance, business and end-user functional and process design. The BRD will be used by others to design, create and develop the intended solutions.
· Actively participates in business improvement team meetings, contributes to the development of project plans and project budgets, advocates the business perspective in meetings, and manages changes to the BRD as necessary.
· Validates the expected business requirements are met. Tests proposed solutions to ensure the expected results will be achieved. Develops end user test scripts and scenarios to validate system changes. Monitors system and process changes, documents and reports defects. Recommends modifications as necessary.
· Works closely with end users and training to make sure all changes have been made to ensure successful implementation.
· Facilitate establishment of measurable success criteria.
· Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operation risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and polices
Educations, Skills & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
· At least 2 years of financial services experience
· At least 2 years of treasury management sales experience
· Advanced knowledge and understanding of Treasury Management Services and deposit products
· Six Sigma Training or Certification Desired but not required.
The estimated salary range for this position is $24.50 to $26.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
