Service Credit Union is seeking an Overseas Technical Supervisor for our Sembach Headquarters.

Pay: Salary Base: $ 101,540.43

Hours: Full-time

A Day in the Life:

• Oversee the day-to-day operational and project work for the OS Infrastructure team
• Represents OS Infrastructure team in meetings with other OS business areas
• Analyzes Overseas Infrastructure processes and make recommendations for process improvements
• Ensures all company policies are followed by OS Infrastructure team
• Oversee Network queue in ITSM system and triage support tickets to OS Infrastructure team as needed
• Ability to travel (multi-day possible) to all overseas locations when necessary
• Provide quality support and maintain a professional relationship with peers, management, other staff, and members through cooperation, mutual trust and respect

Experience and Qualifications:

• Only open to US Citizens.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years’ experience with network and server technologies.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Certification(s) CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, or equivalent strongly desired
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point, and various web-based applications required
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
• Strong fundamentals of network concepts and protocols.
• Solid understanding of VMWare and virtual server environments.
• Experience with enterprise network & datacenter operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes such as incidents, service requests, problem, and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
