Must have experience with heavy rental equipment.
POSITION SUMMARY
Technicians are responsible for after-sales service support, perform technical work, provide technical support and deliver excellent customer service in North America to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, analyze, repair or overhaul rental equipment such as forklift, MEWP, and mobile crane.
1– Field Service Technicians， experienced in Forklift & AWP
1– Field Service Technicians, experienced in earthmoving.
1– Field Service Technicians, experienced in rough terrain crane.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: Associate degree (two-year college or technical school)
- Field of Study: Mechanics preferred or Work Equivalent
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in rental equipment assembly, mechanical design maintenance & repair, electrical and electronic principles, hydraulic transmission and must have good equipment maintenance and troubleshooting abilities.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ERP - Preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus
- Certifications & Licenses: CDL a plus
- Other Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, customer and communication skills.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
