The Boeing Company is seeking a detail-oriented Experienced Customer Support Financial Analyst to join our team in Seal Beach, CA.

This role will primarily support the Customer Support Organization. Working with the Executive Leadership team, Business Operations, and other stakeholders, this analyst will be responsible for providing actionable insight by completing financial performance/variance analysis, financial assessments, budget management, opportunity and risk management, and analytics/reporting development.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of budgets for the customer support team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives

• Provide support in identifying opportunities and risks related to customer support operations, conducting variance analysis on a weekly and monthly basis

• Offer additional finance support as needed to enhance the effectiveness of the customer support team

• Collaborate with engineering and other customer interfacing teams to ensure that airline customers receive timely and effective support for their fleet operations

• Act as a liaison between customer support and the engineering team, facilitating communication and problem resolution when issues arise with aircraft

• Participate in the budget-setting process, providing financial insights and analysis to guide decision-making

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a finance related position

• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and opportunity/risk management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Familiarity with Common Opportunity and Risk Management Systems (CORT)

• Prior experience in customer support finance is highly desirable

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000
