We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Digital Product Owner to lead the delivery of associate-facing contact center technologies that support Pharmacy and Medicare Part D operations. This enterprise-wide platform empowers associates to provide exceptional service through intelligent, efficient, and scalable digital tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, SMEs, and development teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories and drive agile execution. AI and automation are increasingly used to optimize workflows, and a willingness to learn and apply these tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to understand the business context, goals, and associate pain points.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead story refinement sessions and ensure clarity of acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Provide day-to-day direction to the development team, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and business priorities.
• Participate in and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering to triage, debug, and resolve issues impacting associate experience or platform performance.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform backlog grooming and continuous improvement.
• Embrace and apply AI and automation tools to streamline associate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure solutions are compliant with healthcare regulations and scalable across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in healthcare or contact center environments.
• Hands-on experience with agile/scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of pharmacy operations and Medicare Part D.
• Experience with contact center platforms and CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance, accessibility standards, and enterprise IT environments.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI or automation tools to improve associate productivity and customer outcomes.
• Advanced degree in healthcare technology, product management, or related discipline.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$94,900 - $130,500 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
