- Own the monthly/quarterly close process.
- Prepare and submit accruals and reclass journal entries, perform actuals reconciliation with budget, own the variance analysis and review P&L daily during close periods to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Conduct headcount, operating expense, and capital expenditure reporting.
- Reconcile between reports and system outputs, ensuring 100% accuracy across all deliverables.
- Act as the primary finance reviewer for all PO and Contractor requests.
- Ensure all coding is accurate and funding within budget.
- Need to work closely with Procurement to ensure smooth procure-to-pay processes.
- Need to work closely with Business Partners to ensure correct coding and within budget.
- Primary POC to support Business Partner questions related to Financial Operations (POs, T&E, policy, etc.).
- Assist or own quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning.
- Set up templates and be responsible for Hyperion data loads.
- Meet regularly with FBP Finance Managers to understand work intake and to review work output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Accounting, Enterprise Engineering, Source-to-Pay, and HR.

- Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and 24 months of work experience in job offered or in a finance-related occupation.
- Experience must include 2 years of experience in the following:
- 1. Working closely with Accounting teams to ensure controls during close
- 2. Building financial models in Excel to automate reporting
- 3. Experience with Financial Tools/Systems (for example: SAP or Anaplan)
- 4. Experience in visualization tools like Tableau
- 5. Leading process improvement projects to drive efficiency and standardization, AND
- 6. Experience with Google Sheets and Google Slides
