E-commerce Warehouse Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, carrier coordination, team performance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations.

• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff.

• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and returns.

• Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Implement process improvements and ensure SOP compliance.

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience.

• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.

• Experience managing shipping, receiving, and carrier relationships.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with WMS, Excel, or similar systems.

• Experience with 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
