Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director (AD) of Oncology Portfolio Marketing position on the US Alliance team. The AD of Portfolio Marketing will serve as a flexible role, adjusting to support the dynamic needs of the business.
This person will need to demonstrate a strong business acumen, be able to make rapid decisions within a frequently changing environment, and provide creative ideas/solutions for multiple projects. Collaboration and effective communication within a highly matrixed organization are critical to this role.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Lead co-commercialization process across our company internal and external Alliance cross-functional teams.
· Manage and measure implementation of evolved review process across our company interna and external Alliance teams.
· Lead strategy and execution for Nurse Educators in coordination with indication teams (input calls, national sales meeting, etc.).
· Lead portfolio congress planning in coordination with Alliance partners and internal Portfolio Marketing teams.
· Establish and foster strong working relationships with Alliance partners, and Promotional Review Team.
· Oversee and manage portfolio budget.
· Agency management.
Education Minimum Requirement:
Required Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
PharmD experience
1+ year of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Strong relationship building, problem solving, innovative thinking, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
Strength managing complexity and multiple competing priorities and experience with project management
Excellent communication skills and an ability to clearly articulate strategic choices, opportunities, and risks.
Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross functional teams
Preferred experience:
MBA
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or direct customer experience
Healthcare Provider promotion experience and experience bringing materials through legal, regulatory, and clinical review
Experience leading development of strategic/tactical plans and budget management
Excels when addressing ambiguity, working outside existing processes or structures
Ability to establish networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment
Test and learn mindset to drive culture of innovation
Ability to focus on patient and customer experience while achieving business priorities
Committed to applying agile values, principles, and practices
