The Data Center (DC) Sourcing Program Manager is responsible for due diligence in acquiring data center space and assessing related infrastructure. The DC Sourcing PM is a regional member of Data Center Sourcing team and will be responsible for supporting required activities after deal closures. This will include ticket creation, contract review and database updates. This role will also contribute to written documentation of processes and keeping our Confluence space update. The DC Sourcing PM will closely collaborate with multiple teams throughout each project, and throughout the sequence of each transaction.

Responsibilities include performing analytics and conducting due diligence on targeted sites within existing regions, new countries, and target locations. The role will be to support the team with strong analytical reporting on market strategies, outlining risks on delivery (cost and timelines) and supporting the team with day-to-day activities as needed. In addition, this role will manage or support extensive due diligence for new colocation leases and extensions as well as lease renewals. This role will work closely with the Site Acquisition team (commercial leads), Delivery teams as well as other partnering teams.
- Document processes, procedures and runbooks in a high growth environment that is regularly changing
- Create Jira tickets with required information for the delivery teams
- Review Service Orders once executed to capture ROFO/Reservation information
- Update Sagely database as needed
- Maintain team Confluence spaces so they are updated
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience documenting processes
- Experience working on small to medium size projects with some assistance
- Positive Attitude: Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and at time unpredictable work environment.
- Strong collaborator, working closely with multiple teams and subject matter experts
- Confident, takes ownership, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done
- Ability to be a strong teammate and collaborator, plus an ability to work independently
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills

US: Hiring Range: from $56,500 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
