About our Team
CR&R manages $3.8B global Accounts Receivable annually from multiple countries. The team has locations in Amsterdam, Singapore, Philadelphia, Manila, and Delhi.
About the Role
As a Regional Credit Manager, your role is to manage the team responsible for the US portfolio. You will oversee both direct and indirect reports, with a focus on credit targets. You'll work to develop the staff involved in CR&R activities, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Developing staff through active learning and development
- Promoting, driving, and rewarding operational excellence within the team
- Managing credit risk efficiently and effectively according to the Credit Policy
- Conducting credit visits to customers, negotiating effectively, and maintaining solid relationships
- Delivering cash targets for subsequent quarters by providing accurate forecasting
- Collaborating with the Sales organization on all credit related matters
Requirements
- Be an Expert credit management skill developed through extensive
- Be able to manage a virtual team across the region, both direct and indirect reports.
- Demonstrate cross-functionally and have excellent commercial acumen to integrate credit management commercially.
- Experience to negotiate with customers at the highest level within their organization.
- Be able to analyze financial sales data in high volume to support business decisions.
- Develop knowledge of the local financial and legal aspects of trade credit.
- Able to work under tight time pressure whilst still maintaining high standards of work.
