The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Mesa, AZ.   

The Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist will work as an Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) that supports collateral programs within the company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintains and oversees activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls

• Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

• Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Develops education for a cleared population

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience with Industrial Security

• 3+ years of experience with Industrial Security, Facilities Security, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence in a cleared environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 5+ years of experience with Industrial Security, Facilities Security, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence in a cleared environment

Summary pay range: $78,200 - $105,800
