Senior Task Manager

Amentum is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Task Manager.

The contractor shall support Government personnel in planning, designing, developing, coordinating, and executing exercises and other related activities requiring facilitation in compliance with national and IC exercise policies and related guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
• Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization

Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of 18 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 24 years with no degree
• TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is required
• Experience in the following is required:
• Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
• Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
• Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
