Our Adjustable Bed division is seeking an Account Coordinator.  In this role you will work to support one of our largest customers by working directly with their supply and logistics teams to better understand forecasting and demand needs.  If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to put your skills to the test and grow your knowledge, we want you!

 

What you’ll be doing as an Account Coordinator:  

  • Collaborating with customers regarding upcoming forecast and promotions
  • Collecting and communicating demand intelligence from customers that will be used to create the Demand Plan
  • Monitoring stock levels and providing weekly updates to customers
  • Evaluating proposed orders from customers to ensure order requirements are met and providing weekly availability updates
  • Reviewing incoming shipments with customers to ensure timely delivery and assisting with delivery modifications
  • Reviewing orders, forecast accuracy and servicing topics with customer weekly
  • Assisting customers by responding to daily inquiries regarding orders, warranty requests and other topics
  • Creating and maintaining monthly presentation to review forecast performance, upcoming demand, incoming inventory, product changes, warranty reports and other topics with the customer.

To be successful in the role, you'll need:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A deep understanding of metrics, reporting tools, and data structures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work in groups or alone on projects
  • Ability to align with forward vision and proactively seek solutions.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Some travel required
