You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in working with DoD spectrum management

• Experience with the operational uses and technical characteristics of communications-electronic equipment, the National Telecommunications Information Administration Manual of Regulations and Procedures for Federal Radio Frequency Management, and the International Telecommunication Union and Joint Operations in the Electromagnetic Battle Space (CJCSM 3320.01)

• Experience with providing DoD spectrum management support

• Experience with coordinating and acquiring frequency assignments for over-the-air radio frequency testing from the frequency coordination entity and performing spectrum certifications to support AR 5-12 and DoD 5000.1

• Knowledge of DoD-specific spectrum regulatory processes

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space systems

• Experience with planning and executing program reviews throughout the lifecycle of the system

• Experience with accessing and using spectrum-related databases

• Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and client problem-solving skills

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

• Top Secret clearance

• Completion of DoD Spectrum Course training, including the Interservice Radio Frequency Management School (IRFMS)

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
