Overview

Obtains physicians' signatures on selected documents on a timely basis; alerts appropriate managers to problems; and performs related support tasks. Works under direct supervision.

Compensation Range:$18.30 - $18.30 Hourly

What You Will Do

• Obtains physicians' signatures or other requested information on documents.
• Logs documents.
• Makes and receives telephone calls, as assigned.
• Accompanies field staff.
• Delivers and moves documentation and other items, as assigned.
• Assists with equipment maintenance.
• Relieves staff in other facilities, Regions, Programs or departments, as assigned.
• Provides translation and escort services as assigned.
• Escorts nurses during visits in high-risk areas.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Licenses and Certifications:

• Valid driver's license may be required, as determined by operational/regional needs required

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year of relevant work experience preferred

Work Experience:

• Basic reading and computation skills required
• Ability to file, alpha and numeric preferred
