Virtual LVN / LPN - Home Health (Florida remote)

Overview

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an LVN / LPN to provide virtual support to patients on service with home health branches in Florida.  Patient visits will be done telephonically and through approved virtual technology.

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 year of experience as a home health LVN / LPN and previous experience in telehealth. Bilingual in English & Spanish is a highly preferred!

Responsibilities

• Respond to all virtual care alerts in a timely manner. Perform patient visits, ensuring virtual visit time fully meets the needs of the patient.
• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services via approved virtual care technology.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Coordinate total patient care including interdisciplinary communication with other health care providers, office, and physician
• Review and update the medication profile; assess patient compliance, understanding of medication regime, contraindications, and side effects
• Recognize and interpret symptoms; report patient’s condition and assist with or institute remedial measures for adverse developments.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience as a home health LVN / LPN.
• Must be currently licensed to practice as an LVN / LPN in Florida.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred. 
• Must maintain internet services in remote workspace.
• Previous experience in a remote care, virtual, or telehealth setting is preferred
• Previous experience working with telehealth platforms, virtual communication tools, and EHR systems is preferred.

Compensation = $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
