Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking an Associate Director - Program Manager (PM) to manage program activity within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). This position is responsible for cost, schedule, technical, operational security and customer interface.  This includes profit and loss (P&L) and annual operations planning (AOP) accountability for the program.

• Provide leadership, direction, and implementation management of an Agile software program with multiple subcontractors

• Lead using industry standard Agile practices while working closely within the matrixed organization

• Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews with the customer
