Department Systems Coordinator - Clinical Education

Education Operations & Support

• Ensures seamless execution of education programs and events
• Provides operational and logistical support for Nursing Professional Development initiatives
• Manages scheduling, coordination, data tracking, and technology support

Standards Program 

• Maintains clinical policies and procedures across Swedish 

Incumbent in this position functions as a member of the system-wide education team, participating in decisions for developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs provided for Swedish managers and employees.  Incumbent applies all elements of the learning process – needs assessment, program planning, instructional methodologies, and outcome evaluation to all department programs.  Incumbent establishes systems and processes that support education programs, including registration management, marketing and communication, presentation and delivery methods, and record maintenance for compliance with regulatory and organization standards. Incumbent provides individual consultation and support for team director, department manager and educators regarding all elements of education program implementation and follow-up. Incumbent participates as faculty for selected employee learning programs Incumbent functions as the department liaison for external customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education or equivalent educ/experience
• 3 years job related experience in one or more of the following areas: Education, Training, Management, or Consultation
• Experience that includes management of complex education programs or administrative projects in a large organization

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
