Role Summary
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for logistics, team development, and continuous improvement? At Keystone Automotive Operations, we’re seeking a proactive and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and inspire our warehouse team at our Austell, GA distribution center.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, enhancing team productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse associates to meet safety, productivity, and quality standards
  • Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checks
  • Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs
  • Oversee the processing of warranty claims and customer returns, collaborating with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance coaching for new and existing team members
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices
  • Foster open communication and alignment across departments to meet operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that drive cost-efficiency, speed, and service

Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply-Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience
  • Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekends
  • Solid leadership and problem-solving skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teams
  • Precise execution in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
  • Comfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feet
