Veterinary Assistant/Technician

VCA Parkway Animal Hospital is a 2 doctor, small-animal practice located in Cary, North Carolina searching for the right individuals to grow with us as we continue to expand. We are looking for someone dependable and willing to develop their skills as a Veterinary Technician/Assistant.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a veterinary facility.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, “people oriented" with excellent communication skills.
• Developed technical skills but must be a team player willing to learn new techniques.

Technical Assistant duties include:

• Housekeeping/Maintenance
• Examinations/Assessments
• Client Relations and Education
• Anesthesia Monitoring/ Record Keeping
• Surgery/Dentistry
• Radiology
• Nursing Care
• Laboratory
• Pharmacy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
