Job Summary:

Designs by Sundown is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Pool and Pond Maintenance Field Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Possess the ranking of “Master” in the DBS Skill Ranking Assessment Tier system. He/she will be encouraged to earn and maintain a CPO through the Pool & Hot Tub Professional Association.
• Participate frequently in hands-on efforts of pool and pond repairs and maintenance. This will include activities such as cleaning and repairing leaks or failing equipment components.
• Lead efforts for Pool and Spa activations and winterizations
• Complete detailed 34-point inspection form to onboard new clients and evaluate existing systems for upgrades and enhancements.
• Be the primary in-field trainer for maintenance/cleaning technicians and assist with new technician onboarding and in-field skill evaluations.
• Serve as the primary phone point of contact for maintenance technicians to call and receive technical support over the phone

Position Range:

$25.00 - $37.00
