Job Description:

Sherpa 6, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Integrator to work with the DEVCOM Soldier Center (DEVCOM SC) in support of the 18th Airborne Corps Forward Innovation Cell (FIC). As a Systems Integrator, you will be responsible for closely collaborating with PdM Ground Soldier Systems (PdM GSS), DEVCOM SC, and the 18th Airborne Corps. You will support the assistant product manager of Nett Warrior’s Future Initiatives line of effort at PdM GSS.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and attend meetings with vendors and 3rd party program offices

· Compile meeting notes and distribution of content to internal and external stakeholders

· Support program office fielding synch and integration

· Support the program with acquisition management

· Remain abreast of military, government and commercial technologies related to C4ISR that can support your customer

· Aid integrating new equipment with current equipment for demonstrations and testing

· Aid with new equipment specifications and standards between vendors and program office

· Conduct new equipment training on assigned products and supply context for equipment uses and capabilities

· Train and integrate ATAK, WinTAK, TAK Server and CIVTAK

· Able to configure Tactical radios and manage MANET networks

· Identify discrepancies, anomalies and defects in products provided to your customer for evaluation 

· This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively

Requirements

· 5+ years of proven experience working in a similar role, with hands-on experience in systems integration.

· Strong experience with network architectures and hardware configurations.

· Experience administrating Linux and other server systems.

· Military experience or in-depth knowledge of standard Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

· Ability to problem solve system and network design issues.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present issues and solutions to diverse stakeholders.

· Strong writing and reporting skills, able to compile detailed technical documentation.

· Familiarity with RDT&E (Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation) across different government organizations.

· Experience with government procurement processes.

· Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Experience:

· Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering or equivalent years of experience in IT-related fields.

· Past affiliation with Special Operations Forces (SOF) is a plus.

· Tactical communications experience, including configuring PRC-148C, PRC-163C, MPU-5, 4200/4400, 400/600/850/950, and 117G/152A radios.

· Experience configuring routers, switches, and bridging disparate networks.

· Knowledge of commercial and tactical satellite systems.

· Familiar with commercial and tactical cellular technologies.

· Ability to manage certificate systems and understand current industry audio/video standards.

Salary Range: 

The proposed salary range is reflective across all Sherpa 6 locations, years of experience and skill levels. Salary negotiations will be based on a host of factors including but not limited to your geographic location, prior experience, relevant skills, education, and certifications.
