Senior Product Manager – Data Management

As Senior Product Manager for Data Management, you’ll be the </span><b>mini-CEO of our data platform domain</b><span>. </span><br/><span>This is not a checklist-driven role. You’ll combine </span><b>deep technical expertise</b><span> (Snowflake, BigQuery, Lakehouse architectures) with an obsession for </span><b>user experience</b><span>. Your mission: </span><b>turn the complexity of data management into simplicity and speed for our customers</b><span>, and shape how modern businesses activate data at scale.</span> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li><b>Own the data management ecosystem</b>: Drive initiatives across Snowflake, BigQuery, Lakehouse and beyond, defining how Keboola integrates and innovates.</li><li><b>Turn pain into product</b>: Translate customer struggles and workflows into solutions that are powerful yet intuitive.</li><li><b>Balance robustness with usability</b>: Work with engineering to ship features that scale technically and delight users.</li><li><b>Set the roadmap, own the outcomes</b>: Prioritize based on customer impact, revenue growth, and market shifts — then deliver.</li><li><b>Stay ahead of the curve</b>: Anticipate trends in data engineering, analytics, and AI-driven tooling before they become mainstream.</li><li><b>Evangelize simplicity</b>: Champion a solution-first mindset — solving the right problems in the most elegant, user-friendly way.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li><b>Strong ownership</b> — you act as a mini-CEO of your domain, accountable for outcomes end-to-end.</li><li>Proven product management experience in <b>data platforms and tooling</b>.</li><li>Fluency in <b>SQL and Python</b> (not as a developer, but as a partner who speaks the language of data and engineering).</li><li>Experience collaborating seamlessly with both <b>technical teams (engineering, data science)</b> and <b>business stakeholders</b>.</li><li>Ability to <b>simplify complexity</b> — turning intricate systems into clear, compelling user experiences.</li><li>Track record of <b>shipping impactful products</b> that deliver measurable value.</li><li>Curiosity about <b>emerging data technologies and AI-driven approaches</b>, balanced with pragmatism in applying them to real-world user needs.</li></ul> <h3>Compensation &amp; Tools</h3> <ul> <li>Competitive salary + equity package.</li><li>Generous paid vacation time.
