Security Solutions Senior Director

Qualifications: 

• BA or BS required. 

• 20-25+ years of relevant work experience in Security, Consulting, Solutions, or IT at a senior/leadership level 

• Expert in leading the strategy and growth of the Solution business, focused on leading trends to ensure WWT’s Solutions is market relevant and competitive, while complementing WWT’s core business. 

• Significant experience in one or more of the following domains (i.e., architecture, design, implementation, etc.) 

• Cloud 

• Vulnerability Management 

• Patch Management 

• Data Governance & Management 

• Infrastructure (e.g., networks, servers, endpoints, etc.) - cloud and on-prem 

• Strong success track record in discovery, shaping, solutioning, and closing key opportunities focused on technical and business outcomes, while identifying creative approaches from a solution and competitive perspective. 

• Successful development of services and solutions including methodologies, go-to-market campaigns, sales, and thought leadership. 

• Strong track record of building a financially successful consulting practice. 

• Strong track record for establishing and growing strategic client relationships quickly through experience, point of views, and leading trends. 

• Experienced in leading strategic, large programs. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills: able to create and lead compelling presentations to support concepts and solutions, and persuasively discuss strategy with client executives.

• Bringing a consultative mindset to client and team discussions. 

Industry Experience – significant experience in one or more of the following industries: 

• Financial Services, Health & Life Sciences, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Retail, Public Sector, Mergers & Acquisitions

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $175,000 to $260,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
