<h3>Job Title</h3>Senior R&amp;D Project Manager<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><span>As a Senior R&amp;D Project Manager, you will lead R&amp;D projects and be a key member of integral projects, overseeing the R&amp;D project scope within the global IGT Systems R&amp;D project management framework. You will guide, coach, and motivate R&amp;D program and project managers, ensuring the timely delivery and quality of all R&amp;D projects under your supervision. Moreover, you will drive the overall performance and transformational goals of the IGT Systems R&amp;D PMO.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Your Role:</b></p><ul><li>Lead R&amp;D projects and be a key member of integral projects, managing the project scope within the global IGT Systems R&amp;D framework.</li><li>Guide, coach, and motivate R&amp;D program and project managers and ensure optimal allocation of your direct reports to achieve timely delivery and quality of all R&amp;D projects.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Head of R&amp;D PMO to drive performance and transformational goals.</li><li>Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement within the organization.</li><li>Be co-responsible for achieving operational plans and goals while guiding the project team members and other program managers, including agile software development.</li><li>Represent the project team in overall project optimization.</li><li>Drive daily management and methodical problem-solving.</li><li>Ensure effective transfer and archiving of project results and associated knowledge.</li><li>Drive performance appraisals, education and training of your direct reports</li><li>Build and maintain the project organization, select appropriate tools, and define interfaces with other functions.</li><li>Support continuous improvement of teams and make the project organization efficient and transparent.</li><li>Ensures an engaged, innovative, and inspiring working environment by motivating, challenging, developing and coaching your direct reports toward growth</li><li>Develop project plans, manage resources, ensure quality standards, and mitigate risks to deliver successful outcomes.</li><li>Report on project performance, ensure requirements are met, and manage stakeholder relationships to maintain high-quality deliverables.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the Right Fit if You Have:</b></p><ul><li>BSc/ MSc in computer science/ electrical/ mechanical/ hardware engineering.</li><li>A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated medical device business with complex products.</li><li>A technical affinity with software and, to a lesser extent, hardware.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>A process-minded approach with the ability to analyze data and apply statistical techniques.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Knowledge of global regulations, requirements, and standards (MDR, 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO 14971) is an advantage.</li></ul><p><br/><b>About Philips</b><br/>We are a health technology company.
