Job Description

Are you a change management pro ready to make a big impact? We're on the lookout for 4 dynamic Senior Management Consultants to lead the transformation of our manufacturing operations in Italy. You'll be rolling out a proven management system and education approach that's already a hit in our pilot program in our US plant in Toano, Virginia.

Your mission? To bring this approach to life across 8 Italian plants, ensuring it's adopted and sustained at a local level. You will be coordinating a team of 8 trainers and a team of O-I engineers in each plant

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead the Charge: guide our plant teams through the change process with your expertise
• Coach and Mentor: be the go-to advisor and facilitator for our staff
• Drive Success: help us achieve lasting change in our sophisticated manufacturing environments
• Lead and Facilitate: manage a team of 8 trainers and 8 local O-I engineering teams (one in each plant)

You will be trained on our method in the US and you will work both with international and Italian teams: an excellent knowledge of both English and Italian is a must for this project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or management consulting
• Strong knowledge of production system management frameworks (e.g., Lean Thinking, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Theory of Constraints)
• Experience with Operating and Maintenance Management Operating System (MOS) models
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale change initiatives in complex manufacturing environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Italian

Additional Information

• You will be hired as a freelance/contractor by O-I for the full project, 18 weeks
• We plan to train you on the project methodology in the US, from April 23 to April 29
• You will work with the 8 Italian plants and the local O-I teams from May 5 to August 29, full time from Monday to Friday
