Job Title: Sales Business Analyst
Location: Based in Doral Florida (on-site)
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your financial expertise and data analysis skills to:
Craft strategic insights: Lead the development of new measurement and reporting systems, tracking key metrics across finance, product lines, markets, customers, and sales rep performance. Analyze data from company databases to generate insightful reports, both routine and customized. These data-driven insights will empower informed decision-making at all levels.
Fuel sales growth: Utilize your financial expertise to optimize sales performance within Latin America.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide competitor analysis and competitor benchmarking data, in addition to industry performance standards for improvement initiatives.
- Produce sales reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Ensure data integrity of all information sources.
- Analyze market trends and economic conditions and how they impact business and financial plans.
- Managing the procurement process for customer projects. Creating purchase orders, receiving invoices; and closing out projects after all invoices are received and processed.
- Supports merger and acquisitions analysis and modeling.
- Supports strategic planning and budget model process.
- Develop customer capital appropriation requests.
- Supports physical inventory for Doral Florida, and Trinidad, documents requirements for JSOX, assists with the pre-inventory reports, enters inventory data in SAP, and discrepancy audits for Doral and Trinidad.
- Work with the plant manager to identify outdated or unwanted inventory items.
- Identify inventory items for work off, return to the manufacturer, or dispose of.
