What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to collect detailed business requirements and deliver automated, scalable solutions to optimize lead management processes.
- Closely monitor and analyze key lead management metrics to drive operational efficiencies, ensure process reliability and performance, and make recommendations on areas for optimization and alignment.
- Conduct requirements interviews to uncover underlying problems and prepare detailed recommendations for lead management process and system improvements.
- Participate in the development of the data management strategy for marketing, including data compliance, enrichment, standardization, form management and alignment with other downstream systems.
- Perform regular audits and maintain integrity of lead scoring, lead routing, and lifecycle processes between Marketo and Salesforce.
- Prepare visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of related experience, ideal candidate will have Marketing and/or Sales Operations experience.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation software (Marketo preferred).
- Salesforce experience (Salesforce admin preferred).
- Knowledge of marketing technology, demand generation, and lead management processes.
- Experience implementing complicated technical projects.
- Dedication to process and execution and willingness to hold yourself accountable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail depending on the audience.
- Data-driven decision-making using data available or defining new processes to collect data needed to drive logical decisions.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in marketing, computer science, or related field.
- Comfortable working on a fully distributed team
- Prior experience in high-tech
Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.
These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.
An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
