Primary Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Operations Project Manager to join our Ecommerce Team. This role is responsible for driving the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with teams including Retail & Outlet brand leaders, Product Managers, Testing & Optimization, Digital Operations, UX/UI, Marketing and IT to support digital commerce initiatives, website enhancements, AB testing, and operational improvements.  

 

This position will dual report to both the Sr. Manager of Retail Site Operations and the Sr. Director of Outlet Ecommerce, requiring strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance priorities across multiple projects.

1. Project Management & Execution

• Facilitate end-to-end project planning for e-commerce initiatives, from website updates, new feature launches and ab tests.
• Collaborate with brand leaders on Coach Retail, Outlet and Coachtopia to develop and maintain project plans, timelines and roadmaps to create synergies across Retail and Outlet and ensure alignment of business objectives.
• Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate issues to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX/UI, Testing & Optimization to drive seamless execution.

 

1. Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Liaison for e-commerce initiatives and site ab testing, ensuring alignment between brand leaders, internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and dashboards to the Senior Manager, Senior Director, Brand leads and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, document key takeaways, communicate roadblocks and feedback, and drive follow-up actions to ensure accountability.

 

1. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
   • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, project management processes, and team collaboration.
   • Standardize project tracking and reporting to enhance visibility and efficiency.
   • Support the development of best practices for e-commerce project execution.
   • Work with Brand leaders to assist in vendor selection, and ongoing vendor relationship management to ensure objectives are being met and resources are allocated effectively.

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or technology-driven environments; Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Proficiency in excel and project management tools, JIRA a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
