Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead Enterprise Change That Moves the Business: Direct execution of product, technology, and major operational initiatives across the AT&T Business portfolio, translating strategic priorities into integrated plans that improve operational performance, customer outcomes, and execution discipline.
- Influence Senior Leaders and Align the Enterprise: Act as a trusted advisor to business operations and partner organizations, building compelling business cases, aligning VP and SVP stakeholders, and brokering customer-centric solutions that overcome silos and accelerate decision-making.
- Connect Technology Decisions to Business Outcomes: Lead technical evaluation and solutioning in partnership with subject matter experts, ensuring feasibility, system dependencies, operational impacts, risks, and adoption requirements are understood before execution begins.
- Build Coalitions That Improve Customer Experience: Establish strong partnerships across AT&T Business, business operations, and technology partner organizations to resolve escalations, close operational gaps, and align leaders around initiatives that reduce customer friction and improve delivery effectiveness.
- Prioritize Work Based on Value and Impact: Design and manage centralized intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes so high-impact technical and non-technical requests are assessed consistently, resourced appropriately, and sequenced against customer, operational, and financial value.
- Develop Talent and Scale Execution Capacity: Lead and coach a diverse team of technical and non-technical professionals, including project/program managers, business analysts, technology business management resources, and solution-oriented contributors, while building the capabilities needed to support enterprise transformation.
- Drive Readiness, Adoption, and Sustained Change: Guide impact assessment and change management strategies for new products, platform capabilities, technology-enabled workflows, and process changes, ensuring operational teams are prepared, supported, and able to adopt change with confidence.
- Remove Barriers to Execution: Serve as a primary escalation point for initiative risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, proactively removing blockers that could slow delivery, affect stakeholder alignment, or create negative customer impacts.
- Break Down Silos and Improve Enterprise Effectiveness: Design engagement models, governance routines, and cross-functional ways of working that create clearer ownership, faster decisions, and more consistent execution across business and technology organizations.
- Create a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, apply best-in-class execution practices, and use data-driven insights to improve productivity, reduce operational friction, and strengthen the customer journey.
Job Contribution: Leads operational execution for a high-impact function that helps AT&T Business deliver strategic change with greater speed, discipline, and measurable value. This role converts leadership priorities into executable plans, improves cross-functional coordination, and helps ensure initiatives deliver results for customers, frontline teams, and the business.
