This is a hands-on transformation role focused on<span> </span><b>process improvement, AI-enabled transformation, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption</b> across finance and related functions.</span></p><p><span>This role is not tied to one specific finance sub-discipline. Instead, we seek a<span> </span><b>fast learner with strong finance acumen, a process improvement mindset, and the curiosity to embrace new technologies (especially AI and automation)</b>. The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, and able to<span> </span><b>translate improvement ideas into measurable business outcomes</b>.</span></p><p></p><p></p><h2><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b></h2><h2><span><b>Process Improvement &amp; Redesign</b></span></h2><ul><li><p>Analyze and re-design end-to-end finance processes to eliminate inefficiencies, standardize practices, and enable scalability</p></li><li><p>Apply a process improvement mindset to identify simplification, automation, and digital opportunities</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>AI &amp; Technology Enablement</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Partner with technology teams to design and implement AI-enabled solutions (e.g., MS Copilot, predictive models, workflow optimization tools)</p></li><li><p>Use Python scripting and automation frameworks for prototyping, data preparation, and process optimization</p></li><li><p>Stay tech-savvy by evaluating emerging AI/automation tools and recommending fit-for-purpose solutions for finance</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Collaboration</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Partner with finance functions and other business units</p></li><li><p>Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to capture business process,  requirements and align on priorities</p></li><li><p>Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive buy-in and change adoption</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Program &amp; Change Management</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Support the design and execution of CFO transformation programs and initiatives</p></li><li><p>Track progress, milestones, and risks to ensure timely delivery of outcomes</p></li><li><p>Support change management, communications, and training activities to embed new ways of working</p></li></ul><h3></h3><p><span><b>Governance &amp; Standards</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Help define and maintain transformation frameworks, templates, and process documentation</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with global standards and policies while allowing for regional/local flexibility</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or consulting</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability in process mapping, requirements gathering, and project execution</p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with<span> </span></span><span>workflow and AI tool<span> </span></span>and hands-on experience with Python  s a strong plus</p></li><li><span>Strong understanding of<span> </span></span>finance processes<span> (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&amp;A, etc.)</span></li></ul><h2><span>Key Skills &amp; Competencies</span></h2><ul><li><h2>Strong process improvement mindset with ability to simplify and re-engineer workflows</h2></li><li><p>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills</p></li><li><p>Finance acumen and ability to understand end-to-end finance processes</p></li><li><p>Tech-savvy, with practical skills in Python scripting, automation, and AI tools</p></li><li><p>Analytical problem solver; able to structure and execute improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptable, and proactive in driving change</p></li><li><p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with
