Mission for Position

At Lakewood Health System, our Team’s mission is to provide quality, personalized anesthesia care to every patient who walks through our doors. As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in our Critical Access Hospital, your mission is to uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and patient-centered care.

Position Summary

You will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team, collaborating closely with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, developing individualized anesthesia care plans, administering anesthesia, and monitoring patients throughout surgical procedures.

Position Type

• Full Time + 1:5 Call

As part of our supportive anesthesia team, you’ll participate in a shared call rotation to ensure we’re always able to provide the highest level of patient care. Our team works closely together to create balanced schedules, with flexibility and teamwork at the heart of how we manage on-call responsibilities

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Anesthesia accredited by the AANA (American Association of Nurse Anesthetists) Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
• Currently licensed by the State of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse.  Currently certified by the Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.
• Three to five years of anesthesia experience preferred.
• Must be current in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
