The Operations Fulfillment Lead is responsible for ensuring timely and strategic waving of orders to Operations. This position will plan orders to capacity in multiple paths, and to carrier pick up dates, customer requirements, and will provide regular reporting on KPIs. The Operations Fulfillment Lead will be responsible for driving team productivity, identifying gaps in knowledge, training, and reporting out to Leadership.

Identify incoming orders and distribute to the team

Perform daily audits to ensure orders are waved, trackers are updated, emails are responded to, and Assembly Orders are scheduled

Lead beginning of the day reporting and ensure quality and accuracy of all reporting

Ensure team workload is appropriate and drive for timely completion. Utilize existing tools to audit the quality and timeliness of the department

Hold daily team standups to capture team’s workload

Prepare hourly and daily reports measuring KPIs to team leadership

Ad hoc reporting as required

Facilitate requests from inside and outside the building and funnel to the appropriate focals

Be the first escalation point for associates’ questions

Be the primary point of contact for Operations for CP issues, volume inquiries, Assembly, customer requirements

Identify opportunities for associates to operate more effectively

Identify and call out gaps in teams’ knowledge of processes and customers

Facilitate training of new associates, and crosstraining to all associates

Flex as needed to other areas and departments

Maintain and audit internal trackers and update statuses for unwaved demand

Ensure timely flow of assembly and VAS activities

Prepare end of shift recaps to leadership

Multi shift capability

May require modified schedule for early start

Initiative to work with minimal instruction or direction
Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of routine and non-routine packing procedures, techniques, and basic warehouse processes

Salary Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $20.67 -- $30.76 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives.What Funko Offers
