We believe that our team is the most important ingredient in our Tropical Smoothie Cafe. We appreciate our team members because we know they’re the reason our guests return often.

Our team members perform together to provide excellent service and high-quality food in a clean, friendly, and fun atmosphere. As a team member, you will prepare food, make delicious wraps, sandwiches and, of course, our signature smoothies. We are looking for energetic, passionate people who can deliver remarkable customer service.

At Tropical Smoothie Cafe, team members do not work with grease, fryers, or anything similar. You will enjoy working in this Eat Better, Feel Better environment!

Day to day overview:

- Light food and fruit prep

- Temperature logging for line items

- Packing away inventory

- Making our delicious bowls, wraps, sandwiches, quesadillas, and smoothies

- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store

- Creating relationships with guests
