Senior Field Service Technician<p></p><p></p>Job Category: Engineering and Technical Support<p></p><p></p>Time Type: Full time<p></p><p></p>Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret<p></p><p></p>Employee Type: Regular-Long Term Assignment<p></p><p></p>Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 75%<p></p><p></p>Type of Travel: Outside Continental US<p></p><p></p><p></p>* * *<p></p><p></p><p></p>Job Description<p>Tasks to be performed may include the following:</p><ul><li>Works to ensure that all site work progresses as scheduled and contract specifications are met</li><li>Installs and maintains all security systems and associated IT networks, systems, and support equipment</li><li>Works closely with the site's Force Protection and Security Forces personnel on all security system issues</li><li>Provides technical expertise and maintain all security systems at designated sites.</li><li>Performs security site surveys as required by Force Protection staff</li><li>Writes detailed trip reports to include sensor recommendations and sensor placement derived from site surveys</li><li>Provides initial and/or refresher training on equipment for personnel assigned to administer and/or operate the intrusion detection system. The Senior Field Service Technician trains personnel on operational, field-level, or depot maintenance, as well as higher headquarters procedures.
