Will you help shape the future of intralogistics?</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The SAP Masterdata Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the masterdata &amp; masterdata processes in the organization.</p><p>Master data is part of the IT department and is responsible for masterdata across the whole organization with a focus on materials, BOMs, routings, customers &amp; vendors.</p><p>Our goal is to help business maintaining their data in a consistent and correct way in order to support all business processes, reporting &amp; decision taking. We do this by implementing masterdata procedures &amp; rules, monitor the processes &amp; data links across systems, safeguard the data model and ensure the right data quality level for all masterdata objects.</p><p>We are looking for a Masterdata coordinator who understands the importance of masterdata to join us and contribute to the success of our team and our new IT ecosystem!</p><p><strong>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>You maintain masterdata in SAP, manage mass change requests and prepare master data analyses.</li><li>You help safeguarding the data model of master data objects and run data quality checks &amp; reporting.</li><li>You safeguard the E2E maintenance process of all the MD objects. You ensure that solid creation forms, documentation &amp; training material are available for the MD team and business.</li><li>You manage the masterdata interfaces between SAP and the other components of the IT ecosystem (PLM, Service Cloud, others)</li><li>You assess data (governance) issues, questions or improvements and work on potential solutions.</li><li>You support with MD activities on IT &amp; business projects like the roll-out of SAP in a new country, setup of a new interfaces for customer data between SAP &amp; CRM system, etc.</li><li>You work closely together with business &amp; IT stakeholders. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>You have a solid knowledge of excel.</li><li>Preferably, you already worked with SAP.</li><li>You have proven experience in a masterdata management/ governance role or you worked as an expert in one or more linked business processes.</li><li>Knowledge of masterdata integrations is a plus</li><li>You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English and you have a good knowledge of French</li><li>You work independently and pro-active.</li><li>You have a precise, methodical way of working and a critical mindset. </li><li>You are a team player and like to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.</li><li>You have the willingness to grow and learn</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>What do we offer you?</p><ul><li>A fast growing international environment</li><li>A great and experienced team.</li><li>A place for learning &amp; development.</li><li>A competitive salary with many benefits</li></ul>
