General Manager – Stryker Electrical Contracting
Stryker Electrical Contracting, a leading electrical contracting and service company focused on large-scale commercial & municipal projects, is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Florida offices. The General Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, working closely with field electricians, administrative staff, stakeholders, customers, and vendors.

The ideal General Manager has deep experience in electrical contracting and estimating and is excited to grow Stryker’s presence in Florida. The General Manager should have strong leadership and mentoring skills as well as great business acumen and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Immediate Priorities:

• Implement Project Management structure
• Transition all estimating to Accubid Anywhere
• Implement a workforce capacity planning strategy
• Implement safety program

Responsibilities:

• Establish strong relationships with employees, vendors, and customers
• Manage all financial aspects of the operation and drive profitable growth
• Manage and grow the bid pipeline
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and cultivate new customer relationships
• Oversee 10-20 team members, including field electricians and office staff
• Ensure projects are completed with the highest quality

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of electrical contracting leadership experience, ideally in commercial/industrial/municipal
• Florida Journeyman’s License - Preferred
• Florida Master Electrician License – Not required but a plus
• Electrical Estimating Experience within Accubid
• Strong Computer Skills – Microsoft Office Products such as Excel & Word experience
• Verbal and Written Communication Skills
