Merchology seeks a Post-Production Associate II for our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Post-Production Associate is a critical role that will ensure Merchology products are professionally and purposefully shipped to the satisfaction of our domestic and international customers.

Shift: first (6:30am-3:00pm) 

A successful Post Production Associate II will:

• Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility.
• Accurately generate shipping labels and packing slips.
• Be responsible for batch and domestic shipping of customer orders.
• Identify exception orders, set aside, contact the support team to process.
• Create shipping and fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers and vendors.
• Clean, fold, and accurately fulfill orders prior to shipping.
• Troubleshoot customer returns for wrong address, missed decoration, or cancellations.
• File shipping documents daily.
• Assist with post and shipping functions as needed.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role
• Strong knowledge of the English language (verbal and written) to understand training requirements and the processing of work orders
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Ability to stand/walk for 7-9 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to recognize different colors of garments and tote labels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite, HubSpot, ShipHawk preferred
• Spanish bilingual a plus
