About the role

The Product Manager - Lending CX/ Ops is responsible for managing and driving a specific product line or set of features. This  role involves owning the product lifecycle from customer insights and problem discovery to delivery of solutions  that extinguish those problems with delight. They work closely with cross-functional teams to build the product  vision and ensure that the product meets customer needs and solves business objectives & contribute to shaping  the product roadmap and lead initiatives that impact key metrics and product outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer  support to bring products to market, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
• User-Centric Development: Leverage user feedback, analytics, and competitive insights to define and deliver features that enhance user experience and solve pain points.
• Metrics & Impact: Set measurable product goals and KPIs, and use data to drive product decisions, monitor progress, and adjust course when necessary.
• Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and prioritize features to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product progress, roadmaps, and key decisions to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

Required Knowledge and Experience
• 2 to 4 years of Experience in the financial/banking sector
• Knowledge in the creation, scaling, and maintenance of financial and digital products
• Experience in managing and scaling product teams and collaborating with key areas for product development (legal, compliance, risk, among others)
• Experience in managing tech-driven teams and solutions
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and inspirational skills
• Strong analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Passion for developing strategies and solutions that improve the lives of our users
• Extensive experience in managing development teams.
• Experience in managing the backlog and using planning and management tools for it.
