Strategy:
- Implement data-driven pricing models and lead pricing guidance on contract negotiations to ensure pricing terms align with Broadridge’s financial objectives, maximizes value, and wins business
- Create a value-based pricing culture supported by market analysis and customer intelligence
- Train teams across Broadridge in value-based pricing and models
- Drive guidelines for CPI and concessions to drive profitable revenue growth
- Define customer segments to optimize pricing with customer behavior
- Partner with BU CFOs to understand and improve Broadridge cost structure and calibrate pricing to meet margin requirements; analyze and forecast the financial impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and product management to incorporate pricing considerations into product roadmap/ feature development decisions
- Continuously monitor and analyze market dynamics and competitive pricing landscape
Process Standardization:
- Embed best practices, guidelines and governance for managing Broadridge’s pricing strategies, including creating and establishing a standardized pricing framework to streamline the deal process in order to improve turnaround time on opportunities internally and externally
- Determine products that are ideal for standardized pricing and design/manage simple pricing models that GMs and Sales, Products, can utilize based on a limited number of key inputs
- Define KPIs for pricing effectiveness and monitor these metrics to assess the success of pricing strategies
- Review structure for existing deals to identify pricing and contract gaps and recommend actions to reengineer profit
- Provide independent quality assurance of deals; conduct formal program product and deal reviews, and collaborate with Sales/GMs on “deal loss” analysis
- Drive pricing-related communication and training across the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of pricing strategies
- Regularly present to senior leadership on pricing performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended adjustments
Technical/Functional:
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing pricing strategies in a SAAS or technology-focused environment.
- Consistent record of high performance with proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, financial and business management skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving ability and negotiation skills to drive meaningful pricing outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with extensive experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations on complex topics.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of collaborating with diverse executive-level stakeholders across Sales, Business, Product, and Technology teams to accomplish goals with strict deadlines.

Experience:
- 15+ years of applicable executive leadership and transformation/program management experience
- CFA or MBA preferred

Base salary range is between $250,000 - $315,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
