3rd Shift (Overnights) Direct Care

We're seeking Direct Care workers for 2nd Shift positions in one of our Integrated and Community Living (ICL) programs. The ICL division provides residential, outreach, and emergency supports to individuals who are funded through the Department of Developmental Disabilities. These supports are person-centered and offer opportunities for individuals to enhance their independent living skills. Each individual is encouraged to participate in meaningful community engagement and integration in an effort to follow their dreams. 

OPEN SHIFTS:   

• Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Overnights, Thurs-Sat 11p-9a

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a safe, reliable vehicle to utilize during work hours
• Must have an acceptable driving record (no more than 3 violations within the past 3 years)
• Must have auto insurance with your name listed on the policy as an insured driver
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be comfortable with a person-centered approach, with adaptability to meet participants' changing needs.
• Must be able to pass a background/CORI check.
