As a Site Reliability Group Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Phoenix, Arizona. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Job Description

  • Manages teams of Site Reliability Engineers across multiple operating sites and applications to improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of highly complex software solutions.
  • Recommends and facilitates the implementation of infrastructure enhancements as required to maintain the performance of sites in response to business growth and strategy.
  • Leads cross-functionally with other teams to review underlying issues, architect solutions, establish conventions and evangelize application development and operations best practices.
  • Oversees robust technical solutions for complex business and application challenges, while helping to define and communicate technical standards and best practices.
  • Provides guidance and supports the growth of Site Reliability Engineers. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to both junior and senior engineers, supporting their growth and professional development.
