Job Summary

Responsibilities:

 

• Accounts Receivable – assist with invoicing, collections, and payment application
• Accounts Payable – assist with vendor queries and transactional activity
• Assist with Weekly and Month-end Close
• Reporting and Analysis
• Account Reconciliation
• Assist with annual account audits
• Assist with the annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Assist the Controller and Regional Operations Team with any ad-hoc projects

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Two to three (2-3) years general ledger experience required (defined as: journal entries, account reconciliations, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, GAAP accounting) preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
• Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook
• SAP or equivalent software
• Accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong reasoning and analytical skills
• Solid interpersonal skills 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain data integrity
